11 Superfoods For Glowing Skin, According to Experts (& my Experience)

Beauty comes from within. I am the person that loves taking care of my skin all the time. What we eat affect directly to our skin. I eat sweets, chocolate, cakes, whatever you can imagine except meat. I am a kind of vegetarian, but I eat fish, not every day, not even every week. This is one of the main reasons that I am searching all the time for foods high in vitamins A, E, C, D, iron, collagen, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich ingredients, amino acids, zinc etc. I was a vegetarian when I was a kid because I didn’t want to kill and eat animals, cute isn’t it? For some years the people around pushed me to eat meat, I never liked it, I could eat just a tiny bit amount of meat. I am …… now and the last few years I became a vegetarian again (yeah no toxins from meat) and I am truly happy about it! I want to highlight that those years I have fewer pimples and my skin is softer and is glowing all the time. You will be amazed if you will see me without makeup, no pimples, no acne, no under eye dark circles, no puffy eyes, just glowing complexion and bright skin. It is time to share with you my list with Superfoods that I love eating and why we became besties. Superfoods are packed with nutrients that help my body (hair, skin, weight, metabolism etc) to become the best version of it.
