Is the detoxing (through your feet) really good for you? I will outline some of its’ benefits later because if you checked the internet – social media – the last few weeks, is starting going crazy with how to flush toxins from your body through your feet. I love my body as it is, it’s not perfect, I am always in shape because curves and round are shapes, aren’t they? (hahaha). My body is my temple, it is my obligation to taking care of it, so I needed to search, learn and try if flushing toxins from my body through my feet are really good for me.

What I’ve used
- Ionic foot basin (electronic)
- Foot scrubber
- 1 cup of Epsom salts
- 2 cups of baking soda
- 1 cup of sea salt
- Few fresh rosemary leaves
- Lavender essential oil
- Mint essential oil
- Peppermint essential oil
I know that the first step is too obvious but I have to say it… I needed to wash my feet first. The fine pumice stone or foot scrubber is a must in this kind of cases. They help to remove dead skin easier!
I filled the ionic foot basin with warm water. Then I’ve put 1 cup of Epsom salts, 2 cups of baking soda, 1 cup of sea salt, few fresh rosemary leaves (in half), lavender, and mint and peppermint essential oils for an amazing scent.
I’ve turned on the machine and I let my feet soaked for 30 minutes.
ALWAYS turn off the machine, and then get your feet out of it!
