How I am stopping my skin from aging with green tea

Green tea is well known for its amazing weight loss and antioxidant properties. Drinking green tea, 3-8 cups a day, are not only helping you to strengthen your immune system but also fight aging marks and have a younger looking.

 

However, according to Dr.Axe, green tea is also called “anti-aging beverage”. The leaves of Green Tea contains the highest amount of antioxidants. This means you are slowing aging healthy and fast!

I have to note, a few years ago I was thought that drinking green tea was unpleasant because it was too far bitter for me. But I was wrong. As a matter of fact, it was all about the brands that I was buying. I cannot remember them to share them with you but I remember the brand that I purchasing again and again. However, my favorite is the Green Tea with Aloe Vera. I have to say that sometimes I add few drops of fresh lemon juice or/and fresh small cubes of ginger root in order to make my immune system even stronger and have a faster weight loss.

How I make the green tea

Leave the tea bag in a cup of hot water for minimum 3 minutes in order to absorb all the properties. [Optional] If you want to add 1 tablespoon of honey, few drops of lemon and fresh ginger root.
