Epsom salts are not just for tired muscles. Epsom Salts are a pure source high in magnesium and therefore can play a major role in a healthier skin and hair.
Face Scrub. Use 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of Epsom salts. The combination of them will make your skin to absorb faster the magnesium.
Bugs bites? Dissolve 2 tablespoons of Epsom salts with 1 cup of water. Dumb a cotton ball in the mixture and apply on the bug bites to relieve yourself from itchiness.
Body Scrub. Use same amounts of coconut oil and Epsom salts. The combination of them will make your skin to absorb faster the magnesium.
Hair Volume. Use 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts and the same amount of shampoo that you’re using every time, massage your hair for 2 minutes and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Wash your hair with lukewarm water and apply your conditioner as you would normally do.
Soothe Sunburn. Dissolve 2 cups of water with 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts and put the mixture in a spray bottle. Spray the mixture on the affected areas 2-4 times per day or as many as you feel is necessary.
Lip Treatment. Use the same amount of olive oil or coconut oil or castor oil and Epsom salts. This scrub will treat chapped lips and can make them a little bit more plumber than they are.
