Lose Weight with 5 DIY Body Wraps

If you want to lose few inches easily and fast without any diet, try not to panic, because there is a way. You may already eat pretty healthy and exercise well, but you are in a hurry to lose those inches… The body wraps work by making you sweat a lot. You should not use them regularly as they may cause dehydration and other health issues. Losing weight by body wraps is a temporary spot treatment method. They help you get rid of water weight in few hours. However, when body wraps are accompanied with a nice exercise and healthy food plan, you will see faster and long lasting results. Outside to the market, you can find really expensive body wraps, but I am here with you to share you my hacks. DIY can save you money. Below there are few of my recipes that will help you to lose inches in no time!!

You can wrap with any problematic area (from belly to feet) and leave the mixture from 3 hours to overnight! If you will leave it overnight, you will be able to continue losing few inches even the next day of using it! Make a patch test first, as some of them may cause you irritation, overheated or ill if any of this will happen, remove it immediately!

Make a gently massage with circular motions, any of those recipes, and wrap well (at least 2 rounds) and tight the problematic areas with a clean film.


Recipe 1.
Mix well 2 tablespoons of coconut oil with 2 tablespoons of Epsom salts until you make a paste; add any ingredient if it needed more.

Recipe 2.
Mix camphor, with a little bit of alcohol, baking soda, and Vicks VapoRub until you have a paste. Be careful as the baking soda may bother you a little bit.

Recipe 3.
Massage gently any body lotion you love and wrap tightly the problematic areas.

Recipe 4.
Massage gently and well 2 tablespoons of Vicks VapoRub.

Recipe 5. (my all time fave)
Mix baking soda and Vicks VapoRub until you have a paste. Be careful as the baking soda may bother you a little bit.
