When you shave, wax or epilate you are having those little demons. Some of us are suffering from ingrown hairs. Those hairs are growing sideways into the skin or curl back down and grow into our skin instead of growing up. Sometimes those little demons can be painful and they lead to irritation around them. Pure alcohol (99%)
Tea tree oil
Pointed tweezers – optional
Instructions: Clean your hands with an antiseptic gel; or soap. Apply with a cotton ball as pure alcohol (99%) as you can on the problematic areas. Try to squeeze – gently – the ingrown hair with your fingers, if the hair doesn’t come off easily, no worries, try with pointed tweezers or continue with the other home remedies/hacks. At the end apply tea tree oil on the problematic areas to cool it down and prevent the inflammation.

Instructions: When you will an ingrown hair, apply immediately hot; water with a cotton ball on your skin and hold it there for 5-10’ and if the ingrown will not come off by itself, try to squeeze it a little bit with your fingers. The hot water will make the skin soft but be careful, use just as hot as your skin can endure. At the end apply tea tree oil on the problematic areas to cool it down and prevent the inflammation.
Instructions: Use same amounts of coconut oil and Epsom salts. The combination of them will not only make your skin to absorb faster the magnesium but they will also take the ingrown hairs out. You may need to repeat this remedy few days to cure them all. [Read more about Epsom Salts here]
Instructions: Apply it to your skin with circular moves. This amazing combination will decrease the inflammation while it will remove the dead skin. You will end having a smooth skin without any hair facing back to the skin.
Organic Coconut oil
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together until you will have a nice thick smooth paste and apply it with circular moves for 5-10’ and leave the mixture on your skin for another 10’ and wash it with lukewarm water.
